ringo I'm just wondering what sites can I find some good pictures of you by you during the beatles I've looked aloat of places but the only beatle I can find aloat of good pictures of is paul mcCartney and john lennon but I've only found one really good picture of you playing the drums in help did you ever sing the song yellow submarine because when I was in the 7th grade I had to sing that song and hello, goodbye I sorta like yello submarine but not as muce as the other beatles songs becuase we had to do this little march at the part that says we all live in a yellow submarine.

I want to tell the world of a great love, the greatest on the wings of a dove, this love I hold in my heart and my hand. It's the love of George Harrison my friend, he's gone to the trees at means - end, I tell of this love all over the land!

George Harrison had love for all, he died in the peace of the fall, he was a kind and astute gentleman. I knew him for twenty five years, my eyes become sand - washed tears, his heart was as kind as no - man.

---------------------------- Meeting George. ------------------------------------------

I met George Harrison at LAX in nineteen seventy eight, he smiled at me trying to relate, he was looking for somebody and I told him where! He was looking for Jesus Christ - - - true. I told him Jesus is INSIDE of you! I answered, answered his prayer.

He told me how to smile, your cheek and your lip all the while, explicate these dynamic two. It found me employment, my smile is full of enjoyment, your cheek and lip ( explicate ), you know who?

George was skinny, more than six feet tall, long black hair in front of it all, he had the kindest and most sincere thoughts. His karma was good, he stood as tall as he should, George had a big fat ten inch long "--."

When you meet George Harrison you feel like screaming, I hug him with all my weaning, but pretty soon you found the person inside. Loving and kind and gay. A joy to know every day. He loved everybody, like a river beside.

And as I cry right now, the tears going down my brow, I know that I don't have to cry very much. He had love everywhere, love transcended only the most fair, George's blessings were great to the touch.

Before, in another life, I loved George through times of strife, all was confusion and dis - order. But then I was reborne, my heart was not as torn, order out of caos, on the border.

And then George prayed for me. I was so blind I could not see. I was saved in one of the worst of stormings. It's never been the same. I hold much pride in his name. It's like being saved on every dawn and all mornings.

And then the darkness was near, the Devil's radio I did hear, the only thing left was that I loved this man! He saved my life three times so, I know life right now because of him you know, I love him ALL, all that I am!

And now for five years I've had a new home, the sunshine is what I have come to have known, I love sunshine and it's all over my face! All because of George's prayer. I've got to be good and take care. The sunshine shining all over in this place!

George Harrison is the reason why I'm free. Why I'm happy and alive, let it be! Why I pray and why I meditate and why I'm fed. Why I prostrate myself before my master. Why his love is ever after. It was a great love, a great love to be led.

And as the years go rolling by, George, all love is true. My love will follow, follow you. You're at and have seen means - end. I believe absolutely in your love, all your love and all love is of, it has been utter good to have known you my friend!

Have you ever been to the Yukon Wilderness so tall? Everything shines like gold - alive - in the fall. With a river and trout and means - end. With rocks and trees and streams. With cougars and deer and sunshine - means, this is where George is, it's where he IS! My friend.

Dear Ringo, I have just learnt that your daughter has a cancer. Have you already heard of Dr. Clark in Mexico. She has found the cure for cancer about 10 years ago and has a 99% succes rate in her clinic of curing the cancer patients. Many of my friends have put her simple common sence advice in practise and have cured from this diseace. I'm so sorry that I didn't manage to get a message to George in time. I was 12, living in Maryland when the Beatles came to the US ~ what a great birthday present for me, and George (his birthday was 17 days after mine). George and I had many things in common, so he immediately became my favorite Beatle, while my 2 sisters and brother each had one of their own.

Many years later, the generous and peace-loving George passes away from brain cancer, on what would have been my parents' 54th wedding anniversary (my Mother passed away from a brain tumor a little over 2 months before her 50th anniversary).

Since then, WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS, we have organized 4 charity golf tournaments, the Penny Golf Classic, raising funds for the AMERICAN BRAIN TUMOR ASSOCIATION (www.abta.org). So far, we have raised over $104,00, all targeted toward RESEARCH.

I just read where your daughter, Lee Starkey, is being treated for a brain tumor. I wish her well.

My Mother had treatment from a small town doctor (who first diagnosed her with a pinched nerve!), who I think was in way over his head.

But, even with all the money George had, along with the ability to obtain the best medical treatment in the world, he could be saved...

Needless to say, we must find a cure.

My heart goes out to George's family, friends, and you.

Hello Ringo,

Hope all is well with you and yours. Too bad I'm not in one of the areas where you will be in concert this year, but I know it will be good. Ringo, has anyone ever talked to you about God and His Son, Jesus? I don't mean these religious freaks that speak of feelings and mystical doings but really sat down and spoke of the Bible, and what God comands us to do in order to be saved. He wants us first to hear His Word, for then we build our foundation of faith, Romans 10:17. Then, we are to believe what we just heard, Mark 16:16. Then we are to confess that Jesus is the Son of the Living God, Romans 10:9-10. Then we are to repent, or turn completely from our sins, Luke 13:3,5. Then we MUST be baptized for the remission of our sins, for by that we recieve the atonement of our sins by the blood of Christ, 1 Peter 3:21, Acts 2:38; 22:16, Mark 16:16. Ringo, I say this to you because, even though I don't know you personally, I'm still a fan of you solo, as well as the Beatles, but more importantly I'm a Christian, and Matthew 28:19-20 tells me to teach all nations the gospel, so that souls that are lost may be saved. Think it over Ringo. Make the right decision.

My favorite song is It Don't Come Easy but I've only heard it six times. I don't have a CD because I'm only 12 (13 as of June 30, 2001!) and rely entirely upon my parents for financial matters (so send me a CD for my birthday! or not.). I also wanna learn to play the drums, but it's kinda hard to learn how to play an instrument if you don't have it. I got one of those electric drum machines last Christmas, but I don't like it. There's four drum pads, each about three inches in diameter, and it came with fiberglass drumsticks. Yep. Fiberglass. Ick. And if I even bothered to learn how to play the thing, what would I do when faced with an actual drum set? I would have no idea what to do with my feet. (so send me a drum set for Christmas! or not.). Anyhoo, I wear two rings on my right hand. On my ring finger, I have a heart-shaped mood ring. Totally useless for mood prediction, but it does turn into a lot of pretty colors. On my middle finger, I have a silver ring with a (fake) black stone in it. On either side of the stone, there's a design of a (gasp!) marijuana leaf. I also wear glasses. I like the ones with oval frames and the ones with round frames. My favorite color for sunglasses are blue and purple-lensed. But I can't wear sunglasses because I need prescription ones, and prescription sunglasses are a tad expensive. (So send me some prescription sunglasses for my next birthday! or not.). Hmm...I can't think of anything else to say that you'd be interested in (if you haven't fallen asleep by now) so I bid you farewell. Your solid tempo and approiate fills made the Beatles unique. Today's drummer relies on electronic devices to enhance their music. I believe the old acoustic drums and their natural sound makes the song. It really dosen't matter if I'm in a good mood or a bad mood all I have to do is listen to you music and I'll be as happy as I can ever be. The Beatles - so you can sum up rock n roll in two simple words. Ringo, you and your band mates John, Paul and George began a revolution in rock music. Not only did the four of you give us your beautiful music, but you have inspired and affected more than you will ever know. I have listened to your music since I was, oh, about three or four years of age. And even though I was not even alive when you all were still together (and sadly I wasn't even alive when John was), I know good music when I hear it, and every time I hear yours, it sheds tears from my eyes, or fills my heart with laughter, or brings back wonderful memories, or even anger in things I have done in the past that I wish I could change. I've never experienced any of these things in music, except yours. And I cannot ignore that. Someday I would love to meet you because there are so many things that I would love to ask you, but that just probably isn't in the books. There's always the dream, though. So I'll close this message in my thanks and my appreciation for bringing beautiful music to my voice. Your voice puts me to sleep at night, along with John's, Paul's, and George's. I really am impressed with your work and skill as a Beatle. It must have been hard to really keep the beat with such fast and furious guitarists as you worked with in the Beatles performances. Ringo, on your first trip to Amsterdam with the band you met a young artist in a hotel for approximately 10 minutes. Chris Oosterhoff showed you his Delft Blue tableau painting of the band and asked each of you to leave your finger print on the brass plate. According to a Dutch newspaper, the story is as follows: "...the 23 year old Chris Oosterhoff wanted to present it to The Beatles during their performance in Amsterdam...I had wanted to sell them the tableau for twenty mille [$20,000 Guilders] he related in a monotone voice. I saw a documentary over the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday in November 2000 that included comments from authors, artists, etc. from former iron-curtain counries. They indicated they felt the Beatles and rock and roll had more influence on their country's youth. This they felt was an important reason why communism ultimately fell.

This would be a fantastic tribute to your music - and thank you for all the great music over the last 40 years - as well as that of your fellow moptops, musicians.

Have you ever heard such a thing?

These comments took me by surprise, as I am just one of the many world-wide listeners whose parents thought Rock and Roll - particularly the Beatles - were the ruination of society.

It would be nice to know that ultimately the music which I've enjoyed so much in my life had such a great impact!

First I must say your son is an amazing drummer. I saw him play with The Who. Tuff to fill Keith moon's shoes but he pulled it off. Secondly, are you at all bitter that McCartney made you sing the "Children's songs" of the Beatles. ie "yellow sub" and "Octopus' Garden." Also, is it true that McCartney re-recorded all your drum tracks on Abbey Road? McCartney was allegedelly (sp) quoted as saying, "his playing is positively dreadful..."
